The last two years for me have been quite troublesome, i could not figure out what I want to do or be. I had my mindset on multiple things, though, like most, they usually end up being forgotten or set aside for “another” day. Lately, it’s been quite the opposite. I’ve been working out and volunteering. It’s been helping with how I view things in general. This morning I was excited to get ready for volunteering. Upon further reflection, I believe that it gives me a purpose. In the end, all I want to do is set up goals for myself, being fit and working out being the main priority. I want to look more attractive and thinner with a bit of muscle. I never had that growing up, and I hate myself for it.

This reflection is not about dwelling on the past but focusing on the future. So the two main things I want to pinpoint my focus on is to use notion a lot more and workout until I feel comfortable enough to go to the gym. Here’s to that goal! I shall keep you all posted on how it goes!
